The new F-Lite 250 is an enormously comfortable yet highly functional fitness all-rounder. The sole "copies" the shape of the tendons in the feet, has a contact compound and fantastic flexibility. The grip of the sole is incredible, you will even deviate from the edge of the thumb. The midsole has a luxurious drop of 8 mm, heel height 19.5 mm, toe height 11.5 mm, so you can expect great comfort. The DFB brace then helps to bounce back more effectively and at the same time replicates the movement of the plantar fascia.
The heel of the midsole has a 40% denser midsole compound that increases base stability when lifting weights.
