A number of crossfitters have actively participated in the development of this shoe, including such names as Dan Bailey or Anna Tunnicliffe. The completely new F-lite range, internally labeled F-lite v2, is exclusively designed for functional fitness needs. Compared to the previous generation F-lite, the 235K has zero heel-to-toe camber while maintaining a constant 9mm height, the same midsole compound found in the ultra trail gem race ultra (Compressed EVA). The fifth part of the midsole has a 40% harder compound, which you will appreciate during all strength WODs. The result is a very comfortable, functional and dynamic shoe that immediately transmits the instructions of the feet. The functionality of the shoe is supported by the design of the sole, which by its shape copies the tendons in the feet and is therefore flexible in all directions. You will appreciate this functional delicacy during all WODs, when you push something, pull something, climb a wall or climb a rope. In short, the sole will hold you even from the edge of the thumb or the outer part.
The upper part of the shoe has undergone a total revolution, it is stretched on a wide Standard hoof, is seamless and, especially in the transverse arch, provides sufficient space for its natural work. The transverse arch is the most stressed part of the feet in any WOD and should not be "stressed" in any part by narrow uppers, stitching of some parts, plastic reinforcement, etc. The entire perimeter of the instep of the upper is rubberized, thus connecting to the raised edges of the sole (ropetec) and thus ensuring excellent contact with the rope when climbing. In the place of the big toe joint, there is a slightly elastic part that allows the feet, especially the transverse arch, to naturally expand when lifting dumbbells.
The result: a top universal shoe with high stability developed specifically for functional fitness.
