La Sportiva Kilo women's ski boots, black/hibiscus
Very lightweight ski boots for demanding ski mountaineers. The goal was to make shoes that would weigh no more than a kilo per foot without sacrificing downhill performance.
When designing the women's Kilo model, everything unnecessary had to go. Thanks to this, we managed to create a model of women's ski mountaineering boots for users who require a lightweight boot for sharp and fast climbs, without sacrificing important features on the descent. The skeleton is made of the innovative Grilamid Bio Based Carbon material, which gives the shoes these specific properties. The knee in walk mode provides a comfortable range of 70°. Two lightweight Force Power Buckles ensure a comfortable tightening of the shoe. The fastening is also complemented by a light Velcro strap on the shin. The laminated elastic cuff prevents snow from getting into the shoes.
