A revolutionary innovation is the maintenance-free upper material ALFA AIR - no more impregnation, just wash the dirty boots and 100% functionality is restored. It consists of two laminated layers. The outer material is perforated microfiber: maintenance-free and extremely durable. The second layer can be modified to provide specific product properties, such as increased insulation, flexibility, or breathability. The boot is therefore ideal for autumn/spring movement in wet and muddy terrain, where the boot perfectly resists water while breathing very well and wicking away excess foot moisture.
A unique patented outsole Vibram® Grip ARG, developed through the cooperation of Alfa with Vibram® and the knowledge of Nokian, specializing in tires for demanding conditions. No more slipping on wet rocks. Alfa focused on this problem primarily, as in Norway, rocks and stones are wet most of the year.
The entire boot is pre-shaped before the end of the manufacturing process. This ensures that you can put on your new boots right away and go for a hike without worrying about unpleasant blisters and calluses. The boot is also excellently cushioned, so even when walking on very hard terrain, your feet won't get sore.
