Enervit Isotonic iso/hypotonic drink
Classic ion drink with a choice of flavors. By dissolving it in water, you get an isotonic or hypotonic drink designed to restore the balance of water and minerals in the body. It is especially useful in case of excessive sweating due to intense physical activity, such as in sports. It will support the maintenance of performance and prevent a sudden loss of energy.Preparation:
- isotonic drink: add 30 g of powder to 500 ml of water
- hypotonic drink, add 15 g of powder to 500 ml
Drink the prepared drink every 15 minutes during the exercise, 100-150 ml, and immediately after the exercise, it is advisable to drink 300 ml before the recovery drink. Contains fructose and maltodextrin to maintain energy during exercise and maintain stable blood sugar levels. Energy value of 15 g (one measuring cup) 56 kcal.
