DMM Pivot Belay
The DMM Pivot is a belay device designed to provide confident belaying and effective braking power, whether you use it in Guide Mode (belaying from above) or belaying directly from the harness.Thanks to its unique swivel joint, it allows for smooth and controlled lowering of the second climber, which is often problematic with classic belay plates and requires great strength. It is an indispensable tool for multi-pitch and traditional climbing.

The swivel joint on the belay device changes the point of leverage, dramatically reducing the force required to initiate a descent and increasing control over the speed at which you lower your second climber (one or two).

Internal grooves are designed to provide maximum control over a wide range of ropes, especially modern thin-diameter ropes

In the standard orientation, it offers secure belaying. Rotate 180° for a smoother ride when rappelling on thick or static ropes
