Rab Ascendor Light Hoody sweatshirt

A flexible layering system is key to fast mountain climbs and changing conditions. The Ascendor Light Hoody is a lightweight and adaptable midlayer that keeps you warm when you need it, while quickly wicking away sweat.

It is stretchy, has a close fit, hits lower over the hips, and is comfortable to wear under other layers or a seat belt. Ideal for year-round climbing, mountaineering and mountain hiking or any activity where freedom of movement is a top priority.

Thermic™ S material has alternating zones of higher and lower fleece pile, which insulates, breathes while minimizing bulk
The under-helmet hood fits around the face and provides extra warmth when the wind picks up
Practical storage spaces include two side pockets and a chest pocket made of Matrix™ material
The extended back protects the hips, and the elastic hems on the cuffs and hem keep the heat in and the cold out.
Full-length zipper allows you to regulate airflow during increased exertion
All seams are flat for added comfort

How to measure.

Chest: Measure the entire circumference of your chest, just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hips and measure the entire circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of the back, over the shoulder, through the naturally bent elbow to the wrist.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
Inseam length: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.

Rab was founded in 1981 by Scottish climber Rab Carrington in Sheffield, UK. Carrington established the brand after returning from an expedition to Argentina's Patagonia, where he learned how to make sleeping bags. Rab was later acquired by Equip Outdoor Technologies.
