The Sportful Alpha Lycra gloves are designed for cross-country skiers who are cold or need more warmth in freezing weather, but don't want to lose the precision of the grip or the light feeling when moving. The combination of elastic Lycra and Polartec Alpha synthetic insulation creates a glove that is warm, breathable, and at the same time adapts to the hand so as not to restrict technical gestures or dynamic changes of pace.
The Polartec Alpha material used provides insulation that retains heat even at elevated temperatures, but does not overheat. That's why these gloves are ideal for training and outings on colder days, when you need to find a balance between thermal comfort and moisture wicking. The palm with improved grip keeps the poles stable even in difficult snow conditions and the precision of the grip is maintained even at higher intensity. Flexible lycra perfectly wraps the hand, supports freedom of movement and preserves feeling in the fingers, which you will appreciate during long training sessions and technical passages. The Alpha Lycra model follows on from the Lycra Race racing gloves, but offers greater thermal comfort without a significant increase in volume.
