The Petzl BUG is a compact climbing backpack designed for one-day multi-pitch climbing as well as everyday wear in the city. The ergonomic shape fits the back and does not restrict movement, so it is comfortable to wear when climbing under a wall or directly on the road. The main compartment can hold a harness, climbing shoes and clothing, and there is a separate padded compartment for a laptop or hydration pack.
The backpack is equipped with a rope carrying system, a removable helmet net and a practical top opening that makes it easy to access the contents even in a rappel. Side compression straps allow you to tighten the backpack to fit better on your back, and the adjustable chest and hip belts increase stability when moving in the field. A reinforced bottom made of durable material increases durability, and the outer fabric made of recycled polyester supports a more environmentally friendly approach to production.
