Salewa ORTLES CLIMB 18 backpack
The Ortles Climb 18 is a compact, lightweight and technical backpack with a snug, slim design that allows for free movement in the mountains and climbing without restriction of movement. Split shoulder straps provide excellent mobility, especially when stretching to higher holds. The Twin Compression System stabilizes the load and your center of gravity, which improves balance on plates and narrow shelves.The airy Dry Back Contact carrying system ensures exceptional ventilation, which together with the EVA reinforcement with ventilation channels keeps the back dry.
The roll-top with aluminum buckle and direct side access allows quick access to equipment at the base of the climb or at a hanging belay position. The roll-top also allows for expansion of volume as needed, or for compression with the Twin Compression System to keep the load close to the back.
The backpack is made of highly durable REGEN ROBIC® material, which is 60% more tear-resistant than standard nylon. In addition, the material is 100% recycled, which underlines Salewa's commitment to sustainable production.
