ORTOVOX 3L DEEP SHELL BIB PANTS are designed for the most demanding skiers and freeriders. The loose cut together with the anatomically shaped knees ensure perfect freedom of movement even in difficult terrain.

Waterproof membrane DERMIZAX® EV

DERMIZAX® EV is a non-porous membrane manufactured by the Japanese company Torey. It is easy to maintain and has a long service life. Waterproofness is a matter of course. In addition, the membrane is stretchable in two directions, which you will appreciate during demanding movements. The taped seams offer maximum water resistance and the entire pants have an innovative environmentally friendly DWR treatment that repels both water and dirt.

DERMIZAX® EV is a 100% wind-resistant membrane.
It is waterproof - water column 20,000 mm, breathability 20,000 g/m ² /24h.
It is durable, elastic in two directions and has taped seams.

Free movement and perfect comfort

ORTOVOX 3L DEEP SHELL BIB PANTS are made of a durable three-layer membrane. At the same time, they have an athletic cut, shaped knees and are stretchy, allowing maximum freedom of movement. In areas prone to cold (knees, buttocks) there is a soft lining made of 100% Merino wool with an area weight of 90 g/m ². This lining will surprise you with its pleasantness, it does not stick to the skin, wicks moisture away from the body, warms even when wet and provides high comfort and a feeling of dryness.

For perfect comfort

At the waist, you can adjust the width of the pants using Velcro, and with the help of integrated straps, you can adjust everything exactly as you need. Extra thermal comfort is provided by a lining made of Merino Shield TEC softshell material in the back area. For comfortable going to the toilet, the pants are equipped with a two-way front zipper and two side zippers that can be unzipped all the way to the top. Thanks to this, it serves not only for ventilation, but also for removing the back part of the trousers without the need to remove the jacket.

Practical elements without which it is impossible

The pants have many practical pockets in which you can store all the equipment you need to have at hand during long days in the powder. The chest pocket and one front pocket are ideal for small items such as keys and a wallet.
There are two enlarged pockets on the thighs, in which you can store, for example, a scarf or spare gloves. In the right thigh pocket you will find a light carabiner for attaching an avalanche seeker.
On the inside of the pants are integrated covers for ski boots, which ensure maximum protection against the ingress of snow. The lower part of the pants is reinforced with dyneema and cordura materials to withstand the edges of skis or cats.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, be it a fraying seam, external fraying or a non-functioning zipper, just send the product to us and we will take care of its repair, replacement or refund.
