Atsko PERMANENT WATER GUARD impregnation for textiles
Impregnation for all types of synthetic and mixed fabrics (polyester, microfibers, nylon, polyamide, dacron, polypropylene, artificial silk, fleece fabrics, laminated and DWR fabrics). High efficiency on cotton fabrics is also tested. Restores the water-repellent treatment of the outer layer for all water-repellent and waterproof/breathable systems such as Gore-Tex ®, BlocVent®, Climatic®, eVENT® ®, HyVent ®, Gelanots®, Entrant, etc. The preparation is completely safe for the treatment of products with pen and synthetic insulation filling.Application: It is applied by spraying on a damp fabric. When used on natural absorbent materials, a second application of the product is also recommended.
Permanent Water-Guard ® is a water-based fluorocarbon polymer preparation that requires cross-linking of the contained polymers for stabilization in the impregnated material. This can be achieved either by ironing the garment or drying it in a dryer (polymerization by thermal energy) or by drying it outside in the sun (polymerization by the energy of absorbed UV radiation).
