If you want to be hydrated during your workout without taking in extra calories, you don't have to drink only water. With PowerBar Electrolyte drink you can make your own hypotonic drink with minimal calorie content. Unlike water, this electrolyte syrup-concentrate contains extra MAGNESIUM and SODIUM in the same proportion as they are lost during sweating. Ideal for professional and recreational athletes to stay hydrated during exercise and not take in too many carbohydrates and calories.

  • Recommended use:
  • maximum 1 liter of prepared drink per day
  • Mix 20 ml of concentrate (shake before opening) in 480 ml of cold water
