Effects
It replenishes vitamins and sodium that the body consumes and sweats out during long-term endurance exercise (cycling, running, triathlon, cross-country skiing, etc.). Sodium is one of the most abundant minerals in sweat and its excessive loss can lead to muscle cramps - therefore, it is advisable to adequately supplement it during sports.
- Sodium supports muscle contractions and nerve impulse transmission as the basis for optimal muscle function.
- Vitamin C and B vitamins contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion and support optimal functioning of energy metabolism during sports, i.e. they support energy acquisition and its distribution to muscles.
- Vitamin D contributes to maintaining natural muscle function.
When and how to use
Take 2 capsules DURING each hour of sports performance (maximum 8 tablets per day). Take the capsules with water or an ionic drink.
