WHEN AND HOW TO USE
Drink the drink prepared from one dose immediately after completing physical activity. To optimize recovery processes, drink it within 30 minutes immediately after exercise.
PREPARATION
To prepare a recovery drink, dissolve 50 g (1 sachet, 3 scoops) in 350 ml of water.
EFFECTS
- quickly replenish depleted energy reserves using a large amount of different types of carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose and maltodextrin)
- amino acids L-glutamine and BCAA contribute to the preservation and growth (recovery) of muscle fibers after exercise
- replenishment of sweated minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium) and vitamins that contribute to:
- magnesium for proper electrolyte balance
- potassium, magnesium and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to restore proper functioning of the nervous system
- vitamins C, B2 and E to protect cells from oxidative stress
- vitamin C and B6 to maintain proper immune system function after exercise, when the body is significantly weakened due to exhaustion
- vitamins C and B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and to promote proper energy metabolism
