Loose mix for preparing a drink to support performance, eliminate acidification and suppress fatigue. This is thanks to important substances important for high sports performance: BCAA amino acids, beta-alanine, citrulline, rhodiola extract, vitamins B6 and B12 and the minerals potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc.
When and how to use
Prepare a serving by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 13.4 g) in 350 to 500 ml of still water using a shaker. We recommend drinking before sports performance, especially intense ones. After light exercise, it can be drunk instead of a recovery drink, and after strenuous exercise, it can be drunk together with a recovery drink. For workouts lasting longer than 90 minutes, drink an ionic drink during the workout.
