LadyFit protein is quickly absorbable with a highly active, anabolic and regenerative effect. It has a high proportion of proteins, composed of high-quality whey and milk protein concentrate. Thanks to the high content of essential amino acids BCAA, the important amino acid L - lysine, vitamins and minerals, it is suitable for any athlete who does not want to lose his trained potential. Enzymes that support normal digestion and absorption are also beneficial. It is suitable for beginners as well as advanced.
LadyFit protein has a low caloric index (only 114 kcal), but at the same time a high protein content, so it is suitable as a meal replacement during a diet. At the same time, the body will be supplemented with necessary minerals and vitamins.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Children from 10 years: 2 scoops (30 g) of powder 1-2 times a day

The maximum recommended amount for the development of muscle mass: 2 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight

Mix 2 scoops of powder (30 g) in 250 ml of water or low-fat milk.
