Amacx Recovery Bar protein bar

Protein is important after a workout that has put a lot of strain on your muscles, whether it's a heavy bike workout or strength training. This is because proteins are the building blocks of the body that support your muscles in recovery. In other words, getting enough protein is crucial for your (sports) performance.
