L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid which, in addition to protein synthesis, plays an important role in the central nervous system as a precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin (good mood hormone) and pituitary hormone melatonin (sleep hormone). Vitamins B6 and B3 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and psyche, they also contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Tryptophan B + positively contributes to improving mood, better coping with stressful situations, nervousness and tension during the day and to improving sleep during the night.
