The Tribulus terrestris plant (also known as puncturevine) has an exceptional composition and contains a spectrum of active substances such as saponins, alkaloids, bioflavonoids, phytosterols, tannins, and resins.This mixture of substances helps maintain proper muscle tone and energy and normal functions of the urinary system and reproductive system. It supports the function of the reproductive organs and the balance of hormonal activity, while also supporting the body's natural defenses and the proper functioning of the immune system.
In sports, it is recommended for explosive types of exercise such as bodybuilding, fitness, combat sports, crossfit, and for all physically demanding sports. It is especially suitable for men.
Recommended dosage:
- Take 2 capsules daily before meals (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening)
- Athletes weighing over 80 kg can take up to 3 capsules daily, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening
