Protein Fit 80 is a microfiltered whey protein containing the amino acid L-glutamine, enriched with BCAA, with the addition of taurine, vitamins and digestive enzymes. It is intended for bodybuilding enthusiasts for an effective and extreme increase in lean muscle mass, especially suitable during the period of muscle building and the minimization of subcutaneous fat. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Athletes up to 80 kg: 1-2 doses on the day of training
Athletes over 80 kg: 2-3 doses on the day of training
On a non-training day: 1 dose, preferably before bedtime
Maximum 3 doses per day, best taken between meals, 1 hour after training or 1 hour before bed

PREPARATION:
Mix 2 scoops of powder (30 g) in 250 ml of clean water or low-fat milk and drink.
