Thanks to the 36% share of proteins and 15% healthy fats, it ensures long-term satiety for up to 3-4 hours. Wellness Bar is a bar that will be part of your day, suitable for all sports and non-sport activities.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
1 stick per day.
THE USE:
Consume the bar when you are hungry, or 3-4 hours before training. Not suitable for consumption earlier than 2 hours after training. It is not recommended to eat other foods 2-3 hours after consuming the bar.
COMPOSITION:
Protein-fat bar with fiber, chocolate flavor and almonds, sweetened with steviol glycosides. Protein mixture 32% (whey protein concentrate, dried egg isolate, milk protein concentrate), thickener: polydextrose (fiber), oligofructose (fiber), crushed almonds 11%, humectant: glycerol, almond oil, chocolate 4.5% (cocoa mass , sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma), coconut fat, cocoa powder (22%), MCT fat, salt, aroma, acidity regulator: lactic acid, sweetener: steviol glycosides, antioxidant: vitamin E. The product may contain gluten, other nuts, peanuts and sesame.
NOTICE:
Not suitable for children under 14, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Store out of the reach of small children, in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature of up to 25°C. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
