ENERVIT G SPORT - a classic ionizer with a choice of flavors.
Recommended use: during and after sports.
Packaging: can 420g.

Preparation: add 30g of powder to 500ml of isotonic drink, 15g of powder to 500ml of hypotonic drink.

By dissolving Enervit G Sport in water, you get an isotonic or hypotonic drink designed to restore water balance
and minerals in the body. It is especially useful in case of excessive sweating due to intense physical activity
activities such as in sports. It will support the maintenance of performance and prevent a sudden loss of energy. Contains antispasmodics
minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium and chlorine) that help maintain normal muscle function and prevent muscle
spasm. A blend of B vitamins helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Ideal during physical activity as thirst prevention
and replenishment of energy or for subsequent rehydration. In the form of granules, easily soluble in water.

When to use: drink the prepared drink during the exercise every 100-150 ml and immediately after the exercise is
it is advisable to drink 300 ml before the recovery drink. It contains fructose and maltodextrin in order to maintain
energy during exercise and maintain a stable blood sugar level.
