After-drink drinks accelerating the body's recovery processes after racing, training and long-term physical activity.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE
Drink a drink prepared from one dose immediately after the end of physical activity. To optimize regeneration processes, drink it for 30 minutes immediately after the end of the exercise.

PREPARATION
To prepare a regenerating drink, dissolve 50 g (1 bag, 3 measuring cups) in 350 ml of water.

EFFECTS
- rapid replenishment of depleted energy reserves using a large number of different types of carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose and maltodextrin)
- amino acids L-glutamine and BCAA contribute to the preservation (growth) of muscle fibers after exercise
- replenishment of sweaty minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium) and vitamins, which contribute to:
- magnesium to the correct electrolytic balance
- Potassium, magnesium and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to restore proper nervous system function
- Vitamin C, B2 and E to protect cells from oxidative stress
- Vitamin C and B6 to maintain the proper function of the immune system after the procedure, when the body is significantly weakened due to exhaustion
- vitamins C and B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and proper energy metabolism
