SIS Rego Rapid Recovery + protein powder is a completely redesigned regenerative product after prolonged or intense exercise, it serves to replenish the energy supply and supports muscle regeneration. It contains a mixture of carbohydrates, whey proteins, BCAA, L-glutamine with vitamins and minerals. Quickly replenishing your glycogen stores and proteins will help you maximize your training and prepare you for the next workouts.
Use: Consume 1 x 70 g portion (3 scoops) of REGO Rapid Recovery Plus within 30 minutes of the end of a demanding training / race. Mix with 500 ml of water, mixing with milk will slow down the absorption of proteins.
We recommend that you do not exceed more than three servings a day.
