Omega-3 fatty acids (the most important EPA and DHA) are essential fatty acids. They are of key importance for the proper functioning of the brain, improve concentration, memory, fight against depression, maintain the correct level of cholesterol, a healthy heart, reduce the risk of heart attack and blood pressure, help maintain a healthy retina of the eye, have anti-inflammatory effects, help with rheumatic diseases and psoriasis. In athletes, they ensure a better use of energy from fats, thereby improving the building of muscle mass. By using it, pregnant women ensure proper brain development for their child and a better course of pregnancy for themselves in terms of maintaining healthy blood vessels and good blood pressure. Suitable for consumption in all forms of allergies, they help reduce blood fat levels and improve the clinical condition of people suffering from diabetes. They help in the construction of muscle mass without a large increase in subcutaneous fat. The product is enriched with antioxidant vitamin E, which protects cells from damage.

Composition: Fish oil 1000 mg of which EPA min. 330 mg and DHA min. 220 mg, gelatin, thickener-glycerol E 422, purified water, vitamin E 12 mg D-alpha tocopherol.

Use and dosage: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
