Suitable for increased physical performance. The complex form of the product contains creatine monohydrate, taurine, glucose, vitamin C and vitamin B-6. In this combination, you will achieve maximum absorption of creatine into the muscle cells. Scientific studies have shown that combining creatine with carbohydrates will increase the absorption of creatine into muscle cells. Insulin is required for maximum absorption. Insulin flushing can be achieved in a natural way by taking simple sugars-glucose. Creatine is a direct source of ATP energy. It increases the volume of muscle cells, thereby increasing strength and increasing body weight. The body naturally contains a low amount of creatine, which is only enough for a few seconds of intense performance. Administered after exercise, it improves muscle regeneration. It reduces the formation of lactic acid by up to 70%. By adding the amino acid taurine, we significantly improve performance, coordination of movements and overall strength. Taurine increases some of the effects of insulin, helps absorb creatine into cells, which significantly contributes to the growth of muscle mass and regeneration. It helps hydrate the body during physical activity. We enriched the product with two important vitamins, C and B-6. Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant, prevents inflammation, ensures skin tension and muscle strength. Pyridoxine HCL plays an important role in the activity of enzymes involved in the breakdown and utilization of proteins, fats and sugars from food. It is important in the processes of converting stored sugars in the liver and muscles into energy. The quality of the product is also in the taste, a natural aroma was used without the use of additional sweeteners.

Use and dosage:

The recommended daily dose is 30 grams twice a day. The product is used on an empty stomach, in case of worse tolerance after a meal. During the period of use, increased fluid intake is appropriate.

Use: first dose 30 gr, 30-60 min. before exercise, it is more suitable for loads lasting up to 45 min. For longer loads, it is necessary to test tolerance, with a load of more than one hour it may reduce performance. Second dose 5 min. after physical exertion. On a day off, twice a day between meals. Preparation of the drink for storage or longer heat treatment is not suitable. A large single dose may cause mild nausea or cause bloating. The preparation instructions must be followed. We recommend cycling the product, using it for one month, followed by a 3-week break.

Warning: Not intended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for people suffering from intolerance to any of the listed ingredients. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The preparation is used during increased physical exertion.
