Amino 2500 is intended for:

Recommended dosage: The recommended daily intake of protein for an effective and rapid increase in muscle mass is 2g / 1 kg of body weight. Depending on the difficulty of the training, body weight and the use of other protein supplements, we recommend dividing the doses: between individual meals (to increase the daily intake of high-quality proteins) immediately after training (at this time the intensity of muscle protein recovery is the highest) before bedtime (can have a positive effect the effectiveness of growth hormone, which is responsible for the structure and strength of muscle cells).
