A unique source of necessary nutrients and energy for long distances and extreme performances, especially in races.

Only 100 calories contain 1,425 mg of the branched-chain amino acids leucine, valine and isoleucine.

Compared to GU gel, it contains many more essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own, but needs to protect muscle fibers during physical therapy. Ornithine alpha-ketaglutarate (OKG) blocks unwanted catabolic processes (muscle cramps).

The content of 35 mg of caffeine stimulates the nervous system to better concentration. Same use as GU gel, but with a much higher effect that will get you further faster.

ROCTANE energy gel contains 3x more BCAAs and 2x more electrolytes compared to our original energy gels. They also contain the amino acids taurine (help maintain heart contraction and improve cardiac output during long workouts) and beta-alanine (helps maintain a stable pH inside cells and thus prevent damage).

ROCTANE energy gels supply the same combination of carbohydrates and the same number of calories as Energy Gels.
