GU Roctane Energy Gel 32 g Lemonade 1 Bag (pack of 24)
Only 100 calories contain 1,425 mg of the branched-chain amino acids leucine, valine and isoleucine.
Compared to GU gel, it contains many more essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own, but needs to protect muscle fibers during physical therapy. Ornithine alpha-ketaglutarate (OKG) blocks unwanted catabolic processes (muscle cramps).
The content of 35 mg of caffeine stimulates the nervous system to better concentration.
