Withdrawal from the contract
The fastest way to resolve a return is to log in to your account, where you will have the necessary information pre-filled.
Everyone who has purchased from us has an account automatically created for them. If you have never activated yours or don't remember your login details, click on “Forgotten password” and create a new password.
Log inIf you do not wish to create a return in your customer account, you can download the withdrawal protocol. You can return the goods with the protocol to us in our stores, at a local Packet branch, or by courier or mail to the following address:

We recommend that you insure the returned package up to the value of the returned goods.
