The efficiency is excellent, it blows you everywhere (head, trunk, legs), be careful when riding a mountain bike or in a more upright position, it only blows on the legs and torso, but you can play with the air flow, for example by placing a thicker magazine under the front two legs of the fan, in the back there are two plastic "legs" which you can slide out and direct the air flow below.
During training, the heart beats calmly by 10 beats less. One does not sweat as much as without a fan when I had a big puddle under me, the ability to adjust the power of the fan according to the heart rate is a great thing.

I am less tired after two hours of training than without a fan, when I literally overheated in my own body.

Noise: Up to the second level of the manual setting, it's fine, the third and fourth level are the maximum revolutions that can already be heard, but it's not that often because when training with a heart rate sensor, this fan speed starts only at high/maximum effort. so it's not that often.
Maintenance: After a while, it must be blown well with air so that dust does not blow on you.
A fan with a dust filter would be good against dust, but I don't know of any that would be as effective as this one, if anyone knows of a good fan with a filter, please write.
The disadvantage is that it blows on your knees, when you have it set to heart rate and you go high, you can feel the air a lot on your knees and after a while it can affect you.
Now I tried to place the fan on my knees with a magazine, it didn't blow, but it started blowing more into my eyes. I have to sort this out somehow.

Definitely 30% more efficient than a regular fan. The blowing changes manually or according to the speed, I use it according to the pulse. I connected the watch with HR directly to the ventilator, the higher my heart rate, the more it blows. The only minus is that you need to place it about 1.5 m away from the cyclist so that it blows on the head, it does not have an extendable front leg. It can be placed on a table, the rear legs can be extended.

A smart fan, just the application in which the parameters are set is a bit clumsy and it is not quite possible to set the smooth start of the fan either depending on the speed or heart rate
