The POC Ventral SPIN men's road helmet sets a new standard for aerodynamic performance, safety and ventilation. The design of the helmet brings air through the helmet instead of around it, improving aerodynamic properties. It has specific air flow zones and different pressure zones inspired by the Venturi effect, which results in an increase in air flow and speed allowing for better and more efficient ventilation. These zones create excellent cooling and ventilation and improve the overall performance of the helmet. The back of the helmet reduces turbulence and creates a linear flow of air, thus improving aerodynamic performance.
The helmet has the SPIN shock protection system, which is designed to reduce the effects of an oblique fall by reducing the amount of force transmitted to the head and brain. The helmet is extremely light, has an EPS insert that is optimized for a perfect balance between weight and safety, an ergonomically shaped clamping system, Eye Garage for attaching glasses.
The helmet was designed and created with the help of Cannondale-Drapac Pro Cycling Team riders, experts in the WATTS laboratory in combination with POC specialists, many dynamic simulations and tests were carried out. The POC Ventral SPIN offers a unique design that offers the fastest and safest road helmet POC has ever produced.

Road bike helmets from POC
Swedish brand POC, established in 2005, has a mission of protecting people on bikes, skis or snowboards. They focused mainly on downhill skiing. Later, they used their gained skills in other sports, mainly on bikes. POC has won many awards thanks to its design. Currently, they offer helmets, eyewear and a wide offer of apparel.
