Sports tester for ambitious runners. RC 14.11 allows you to save up to 99 circuits or sections of the route. An overview of the measured values from individual circuits or sections can be called up directly on the device thanks to the Easy LapView function or analyzed on a PC in the Sigma Data Center program, which is part of the package together with the docking station. The memory of the device can hold up to 90 hours of recording. The RC 14.11 measures all important information for runners: running speed, distance covered and heart rate. A single sensor R3 is used to record values.
The package includes: RC 14.11, Comfortex+ elastic chest belt for heart rate measurement, R3 sensor/transmitter, HipClip holder for R3 transmitter for training without heart rate measurement but with speed measurement, docking station, CD with Sigma Data Center program and battery replacement tool.
Functions of heart rate monitor:
• current, average and maximum heart rate (with ECG accuracy)
• the maximum TF is calculated automatically after entering age, sex and weight, or it can be set individually (e.g. based on a doctor's measurement)
• training in 1 of 2 automatically set TF zones: fitness zone in the range of 70-80% of max. TF (training in this zone serves to strengthen basic endurance and improve aerobic performance) or the zone for burning fat in the range of 55-70% of max. TF (with longer duration of activity and lower intensity, more fats are burned than carbohydrates, or fats are converted into energy)
• 1 individually adjustable heart rate zone
• the selected TF zone can be changed during training
• graphic display of the heart rate zone (+ sound signaling when crossing the upper or lower limit of the zone, or when entering it, the sound signaling can be turned off)
• current and total calorie consumption
Running functions:
• current, average, maximum speed (km/h, min/km, mph, min/mile)
• length of the current and total traveled route (km, miles)
• current and total running time
• calibration (running/walking) and the possibility of entering a correction factor for accurate speed and distance measurement
Memory functions:
• up to 99 circuits or sections
• up to 90 hours of recording (the length depends on the measurement data storage interval: 5 s / 15 hours, 10 s / 30 hours, 20 s / 60 hours and 30 s / 90 hours)
• remaining recording time can be checked during training
• within the circuit or section, the following are recorded: average and maximum TF, calories consumed, time and distance, average and maximum speed, total time and distance from the start
Watch features:
• time (12/24)
• a date
• stopwatch

• waterproof for swimming (buttons cannot be pressed underwater)
• batteries CR2032 (RC 14.11) and CR2450 (sensor R3, replaceable)
• possibility to adjust display contrast (5 degrees)

• memory of set values in case of battery replacement
