With 4GB of internal storage, users can store and play music directly from the watch to Bluetooth headphones. This watch is equipped with a comprehensive set of sensors for detailed health and activity monitoring. An optical heart rate sensor, barometric altimeter, accelerometer, and gyroscope work together to provide metrics for running, cycling, swimming, and other activities.
The device monitors sleep quality, heart rate variability, and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), providing insight into recovery and acclimatization. Thanks to 5 ATM water resistance, they are suitable for swimming in the pool and in open water, and the multisport mode facilitates smooth transitions between disciplines. Connectivity is provided via Bluetooth for pairing with a smartphone and external sensors. The watch delivers smart notifications, call alerts, and vibration alerts directly to your wrist. All activity data is synced to the COROS app, which is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and integrates with third-party platforms like Strava and TrainingPeaks.
