The Fenix HL55 is an extremely powerful headlamp that offers a luminous flux of up to 900 lumens and an afterglow of 116 meters. It is possible to use either two lithium CR123A batteries or one high-capacity li-ion battery type 18650. The light source is a top LED Cree XM-L2 T6 with a warmer shade of light (neutral white). The advantage of this shade of light is a more natural and contrasting color rendering in nature. The all-metal construction ensures high durability, optimal cooling and at the same time is fully waterproof according to the IPX-8 standard up to a depth of 2 meters under water. There are a total of 5 power modes with up to 150 hours. The headlamp is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to guarantee constant light output even when the voltage in the batteries is reduced (during their gradual discharge). The Fenix HL55 headlamp is particularly suitable for cross-country skiing, night running, cycling, fishing, caving and other activities. All luminaire parameters (luminous flux, battery life, water resistance, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard. Luminaire parameters: A powerful LED Cree XM-L2 T6 with a warmer shade with a lifespan of 50,000 hours is used. Power mode division: 900 lumens (switches to the previous lighting mode after 30 s) -> 420 lumens (3.75 hours) -> 165 lumens (10 hours) -> 55 lumens (30 hours) -> 10 lumens (150 hours) . Endurance times are measured with a rechargeable Li-ion 18650 battery with a capacity of 3400mAh. The aluminum reflector creates a wide beam of light with an afterglow of up to 116 meters (3380 cd) Electronics with digital regulation for constant brightness and protection against reverse battery insertion. It is possible to use two 3V lithium batteries type CR123A or one rechargeable Li-ion battery 18650. Convenient control by one electronic switch on the side of the headlamp. The headlamp remembers the last set power mode. The headlamp can be rotated in the holder in a wide range and thus set the desired direction of illumination. Made of aviation hardened aluminum type T6 with a hardly scratched surface - Type III hard anodized. Waterproof according to the IPX-8 standard (tested underwater at a depth of 2 meters). Headlamp dimensions: 4.6 cm x 4.8 cm x 8.4 cm. Weight 115 grams (without batteries). Impact resistant fall from a height of 1 meter. Toughened ultra-clear glass lens with anti-reflective surface. The package includes a headlamp, head straps and a spare o-ring. Batteries not included. Use: Assemble the headlamp according to the pictures in the enclosed English manual, pay special attention to the correct use of the head strap, if it is assembled incorrectly, the strap may loosen spontaneously. To switch on the headlamp, press the button as soon as it is switched on, the lighting modes are switched again by pressing the button. To switch off, hold down the button for half a second. To activate BURST mode, hold down the button for one second (it works even when the headlamp is off), after 30 seconds the headlamp will return to the previous power mode. Warning: Use only high-quality 3V CR123A batteries and 18650 li-ion batteries to prevent damage to the luminaire, for example due to leakage of substances from the battery. Do not disassemble the sealed parts yourself, as this will void the warranty. If the headlamp flashes or does not illuminate, this may be due to one of the following reasons: The batteries are low - replace them. The contacts inside the light are clogged - clean them with a cotton ball soaked in alcohol. The battery tube cap is loose, tighten it. Warranty: Five year warranty.
