Tested at -7°C and great. I basically wore not so thick eliXX Gold 4.0 thermal socks under them and my feet were not cold even after 4 hours. I normally wear a size 40 and I bought a 42 here and they fit well. I still have room for a thicker sock if by chance. I also tried size 41, but it was already tight there. A great choice for the money...I definitely recommend it. And for those who don't know how to fasten the upper zipper, just put the slider to the side after pulling the laces and it's fine.
