Very versatile insoles for shoes with gel cushioning, suitable for everyday activities, which, thanks to their 3D shape, provide excellent support for the arch of the foot and distribute the pressure on the mat. In the heel and forefoot, they are lined with a gel cushion to dampen the characteristic impacts on the heel bone and relieve the overloaded forefoot.In addition to basic sports activities, these gel insoles are also suitable for everyday wear, for walking, and for work shoes in which you spend hours a day standing. They relieve an overloaded point on the foot, stabilize the correct position of the legs, and delay the onset of fatigue and possible pain.
How to use
- Select the original insert and cut your new Sidas insert accordingly.
- Insert the new insole into the shoe.
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush.
- Do not dry on the radiator. For better drying, use Sidas/Therm-ic dryers with flowing air.

asi pred pol rokom som začal mať nepríjemné bolesti v oblasti päty, diagnóza "calcar calcanei", nepomohla rehabilitácia, nepomohla redukcia fyzickej záťaže, už som prestal dúfať... a úplnou náhodou som v Hrádku našiel tento produkt, a s veľkou skepsou som to vyskúšal, a čuduj sa svet, zasa prejdem 50 km peši v pohode, takže pomohlo, vrelo odporúčam !

Pořídil jsem si vložky do pracovních bot. Konečně se v nich dám vydržet celou směnu i na rovné betonové podlaze. Jsou docela silné, díky gelové vrstvě, ale to mi právě vyhovuje. Troufnu si tvrdit, že mi pomohli i od určité bolesti nohou.
