Before installation, we consult on the selection of the correct insole model according to the customer's foot, shoe and activity. Subsequently, the size of the thermoplastic insole is adjusted, fitted into the shoe and heated using a special Formthotics device in order to reach the ideal temperature of the insole, at which it adapts to the foot.
