U tejto prehadzovačky môžete použiť kazetu s max rozsahom 11-34 zubov. Shimano žiaľ nemá 11 rýchlostné cestné prehadzovačky ktoré by zvládli väčší rozsah kazety. S väčším rozsahom kazety (11-36z) je možné použiť až aktuálnu 12 rýchlostnú elektronickú verziu 105-ky prehadzovačky no na to by ste potrebovali vymeniť celý pohon a radenie.
