SK Pekný deň, potrebujem vymeniť vnútorné ramienko na Cues 6000. Padla mi reťaz zo spodného kolečka a materiál na ramienku v hrúbke cca 2 mm vydrala na 0,5 mm. Nikde som nenašiel náhradné vnútorné ramienko (bližšie ku kolesu). Dá sa toto ramienko objednať, alebo treba kúpiť celý prehadzovač 1x11 sp/11 - 50 zubov. Prípadne inú alternatívu, ktorá bude fungovať ? Bike CTM Areon Xpert 2024.

SK Dobrý deň,

Ramienka sa dajú objednať aj samostatne ale žiaľ vnútorné ramienko Y3JD9804T je momentálne vypredané aj u výrobcu a nie je známy najbližší termín naskladnenia. Skúste keď tak pod tým kódom ramienka ho pohľadať niekde inde či ho nenájdete na sklade.

Spodná kladka sa žiaľ samostatne nedá objednať ale balenie oboch kladiek má dodávateľ objednané a za cca 2 týždne ho budeme mať v ponuke s možnosťou objednania.

jedna sa o kapacitu ramienka - pri 1X systemoch to je rozdiel v pocte zubov na kazete medzi najmensim a najvacsim pastorkom, v pripade 2X/3X systemov sa pripocitava aj rozdiel na prevodnikoch na klukach.
