aj by som ti ukazal fotky oboch pedalov, ale ukradli mi bajk. 600ky su asi jedine SPD cestaky promovane Shimanom ako Ultegra. su jedostranne, bez flat strany, namiesto krorej je aero konstrukcia.

Co je vhodnejsie na cestak s MTB tretrami EH500 alebo ES600?

Preferencie. Povedal by som, že 500vky ak nie si skúsený jazdec a potrebuješ niekedy zabrať a pohnúť sa bez toho aby si zacvikol tretru. 600vky sú uz len jednostranne, ako cestné pedale.

Zdravim. Su sucastou balenia aj podlozky medzi kluku a pedal na rozsirenie rozchodu ?
Ak nie, viete ich pridat ?
Nikde som ich nenasiel v eshope ...

potrebovat budes 8 mm imbusovy kluc, pedale dotahujes nasledne na moment 35 - 55 Nm - pozor na smer zavitu, oba pedale disponuju odlisnym.

- Do not disassemble or modify the product. It may cause the product to not operate correctly, and you may unexpectedly fall and be seriously injured.
- Before attempting to ride with these pedals and cleats (shoes), be sure to understand the operation of the engagement/release mechanism for the pedals and cleats (shoes). SPD pedals are designed to release only when needed. They are not designed to release automatically in the event of a fall from the bicycle.
- Only use SPD-compatible shoes with this product. Other types of shoes may not release from the pedals, or may release unexpectedly.
- Use only SHIMANO cleats (SM-SH51 / SM-SH56) and securely tighten the mounting bolts to the shoes. If the bolts are not securely tightened, the foot may come off the pedals, which may result in a fall.
- Before you attempt to ride with these pedals and cleats, apply the brakes, then place one foot on the ground and practice engaging and releasing each cleat from the pedal until you can do so instinctively and with minimal effort.
- Practice riding on a level surface first until you become adept at engaging and releasing the cleats from the pedals.
- Adjust the cleat retention force on the pedals to suit your needs before riding. If the cleat retention force on the pedals is weak, the cleats may release accidentally, you may lose your balance, and you may fall off the bicycle. If the cleat retention force on the pedals is strong, the cleats may not release easily.
- At low speeds or in situations where there is a possibility that you may need to stop (such as when making a U-turn, at intersections, when riding uphill, or when cornering sharply), release the cleats from the pedals beforehand so that you can quickly put your feet on the ground at any time.
- When riding in adverse conditions, use a lighter cleat retention force to attach the pedal cleats.
- Keep cleats and bindings clear of dirt and debris to ensure proper engagement and release.
- Be sure to periodically check the cleats for wear. When the cleats are worn, replace them and adjust the cleat retention force of the pedals before riding and after replacing the pedal cleats.
- Failure to heed the above warnings may result in the shoes not coming out of the pedals when you want them to, or they may come out unexpectedly or accidentally, which could result in serious injury.
- When riding on roadways, be sure to install reflectors on the bicycle. Reflectors are sold separately for models not equipped with reflectors as standard equipment. Consult the place of purchase or a distributor for information on compatible reflectors.
- If the reflectors are dirty or damaged, do not continue riding the bicycle. Otherwise it may be difficult for oncoming vehicles to spot you.
Models with grip force adjustment pins:
- If you are unsure about how to adjust the pins on the pedals, consult the place of purchase or a distributor.
- Lift your feet off the pedals and move them to the side to release them from the pedals. Place one foot firmly on the ground and practice placing and removing the other foot from the pedal until you get used to the action. Otherwise you may fall and be seriously injured. If you cannot get used to the action, use the product with the spacers installed.- Wear clothing and protective gear that are appropriate for the way in which you use the bicycle. Because the spikes are very long, they may cause serious injury if they come into contact with the skin.

Prešiel som z cestných naspäť na SPD, vybral som tieto jednostranné, ktoré som dal na cesťák. Nakoľko som bol zvyknutý na jednostranné cestné zapínanie s týmto som nemal žiadny problém. Životnosť SPD je veľmi dlhá a v kombinácii akú požívam cešťák a MTB potom stačia už len jedny tretry. Navyše sa v MTB tretrách dá normálne chodiť a presúvať aj po schodoch, do vlaku, po štrku .....

Používal som na staršom cesťáku predchodcu Shimano PD-A520. Na nový som dal tieto. Sú ľahšie ("odrezaná" päta a majú tenšiu osku) a detailnejšie prepracované. Na cesťákoch používam SPD tretry so zapusteným kufrom, aby som mohol normálne chodiť, ak treba. Zasa pokrok o kus ďalej. Po po 500km 100% spokojnosť.

Výborné pedále. Sú úplne ideálne ak jazdíte cestu aj MTB a máte zatiaľ len MTB tretry alebo chcete cesťák len vyskúšať ako doplnok k MTB a nechcete zatiaľ kupovať cestné pedále a tretry. Používal som ich rok a pol a bolo to úplne bezproblémov. Cesta ma chytila takže už som vymenil za klasické cestné pedále.

Skvele pedale, lahucke, kvalitne /na urovni ULTEGRA/, dokonale zapuzdrene voci vode a prachu. Vymenil som cestne pedale SPD-SL za tieto. Mam k nim gravelove tretry a tie mi umoznuju chodzu. SPD kufre su kovove a su odolnejsie voci poskodeniu. Vhodne na tzv SPD turistiku aj na cestaciku.

Vynikajúca voľba pre toho kto jazdí MTB tretry aj na cestnom bicykli. Pedále sú subtílnejšie a ľahšie ako klasické horské SPD a na bicykli vyzerajú dobre.

Přesně jak bylo již zmíněno, kdo nechce mít 2 tretry na MTB a silnici, tak Shimano PD-ES600 je na silnici jsou úplně super! Jen je o zvyku, že jsou jednostranné a při rozjezdu je nutné kouknout, kde je zámek - to bych ale neviděl jako minus. 5/5

Jazdím ich na cestnom aj na gravel biku a som spokojný, Nechcel som kupovať ďalšie tretry. Klasické MTB SPD kufre vydržia oveľa viac ako SPD SL kufre. Stačia tretry s tuhou podrážkou a rozdiel je minimány... A ešte aj majú dobrú hmotnosť.

Az országúti bringámra vettem, figyelembe véve a súlyát. A montimon shimano xt van, amit nagyon szeretek. Így a montis cipőmet tudom használni mindkét bringán. Viszonylag könnyű pedál és nem zavar az sem, hogy egyoldalú.

Dobre pedale. Pouzivam na cestaku na valcoch, na randoneeur biku aj na crossaku. Krasne funguju, su lahke, v pohode. Len je potrebne zvyknut si na jednostranne zapinanie, ale po par jazdach ziadny problem.

Hladal som vhodny SPD pedal k ultegre. Nema chybu. Mozno len tu, se sa nezapina tak rychlo a bez pozerania, ako obojstranne, alebo aj klasicke cestne, co mi vadi pri starte zo semafora. Ale uz si zvykam.
