Woolf Tooth Waveform are very high-quality pedals made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, complemented by 17-4 PH stainless steel axles. Everything is designed, processed and manufactured in Minnesota, USA. The body of the pedals is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and complemented by 17-4 PH stainless steel axles.The contact surface of the pedal is not perfectly flat, but uses a dual concave profile for proper foot placement, i.e. a profile that tapers spatially from the outer edges towards the center. The thickness of the pedal at the narrowest center point is only 12.5 mm, at the edges it is 14 mm. A secure connection of the pedal to the sole is ensured by a set of 11 stainless steel pins on each side of the pedal. They are screwed in from the opposite side, so there is no problem with their replacement.
The pedals are equipped with three high-quality, fully sealed bearings, which are additionally protected from the outside by a specially designed radial seal. Everything is again fully and easily serviceable, for disassembly only a basic set of Allen keys is needed.
