The top of the Cane Creek Forty headset. Semi-integrated variant for frames with an inner head tube diameter of 44 mm. Suitable for combination with other types and sizes of Cane Creek headsets for frames with a "Tapered" head tube.
The Tall variant has a higher (15 mm) top cover - replacement pads under the stem.
