The CeramicSpeed ​​OHD Kit with SLT (Solid Lubrication Technology) features an optimized overhead head design (OHD).

It combines a unique oil-sealed polymer and stainless steel materials, ensuring a self-lubricating, maintenance-free, corrosion-resistant bearing. Micropores in the solid polymer evenly distribute a sufficient amount of oil, ensuring lubrication of the bearing throughout its service life, even in the most demanding conditions.

CeramicSpeed ​​SLT OHD bearings are designed, developed and handmade in Denmark.

CeramicSpeed was founded in 2004 by Jacob Csizmadia, a mechanical engineer with a passion for cycling. Frustrated by the limited options for high-quality bearings in the cycling industry, Csizmadia decided to develop a superior solution. He began experimenting with ceramic materials, which are known for their low friction and high wear resistance. After years of research and development, CeramicSpeed was born.
