Sealed end caps are an excellent choice for shifting systems if you are looking for a balance between low-friction performance and dirt protection. An internal rubber o-ring helps keep the cable clean and dry. You can use these end caps if you want to protect against dirt, but at the same time want to keep friction to a minimum in areas such as frame stops.
