Brake pads with a Graphene mixture can be used in all weather conditions.
An important element for the optimal performance of brake pads is maintaining their lower temperature, ideally below 400 °C. The hotter the pads get, the faster they wilt, meaning they lose the ability to reliably slow down when needed.
Ideal brake pads must have predictable and consistent performance both in the initial engagement and during prolonged braking. After three years of developing GRAPHENpads, Absolute Black is confident that it has made such pads.
The first pads on the market containing specially modified graphene in its friction mixture, which significantly improves braking performance, durability and heat transfer to the rear plate.
They are the first plates that do not use copper, which is very toxic for aquatic and other organisms.
Absolute Black's GRAPHENpads are manufactured in the EU, offering better modulation, more confidence and faster stopping under all circumstances. They are very quiet, even on long descents. Last but not least, their effectiveness also reduces hand fatigue thanks to a significantly lower need for force on the brake levers.
