Our external RS battery gives you an additional 252 Wh (47% more), giving you a range comparable to a 1150 Wh battery in a regular e-bike. Under normal conditions, this means about 10 hours of pedaling and more than 5,000 m of climbing in Eco mode.

Secure attachment
Thanks to our patented design, the external battery can be safely transported in the bottle holder. The cable from the external battery to the standard charging port retracts quickly and safely and does not interfere with the pedals.

Flexible
The RS external battery holder is also compatible with water bottles. The design is patented as it is the only external battery that can be swapped for a water bottle in seconds with a generous 252 Wh capacity.

Batteries and chargers for electric bicycles from Orbea
Three brothers established this Spanish brand in 1840, and they originally made guns. In 1930, they gave up the gun business and began manufacturing bikes. Julien Absalon won a gold medal in MTB XC, and Samuel Sánchez won an individual road race on an Orbea bike. They also sponsored many World Tour teams. They are a Basque brand with temperament, spirit and mountains in the heart.
