Inserts: Tire inserts are protective strips placed between the tire and tube that prevent punctures.
Tubes: Make sure the size of the tube matches the size of the tire. Sizes are usually indicated on the side of the tire. The butyl material is affordable and holds air well. Latex is light, more flexible, but can be more expensive and may require more frequent inflation.
