All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Zdravim asi pred mesiacom som si u vas kupil ten bajk a mam len jedinu vyhradu a to k brzdam(presiel som z mtbcka s hydr.brzdami) a sa mi zda ze to slabsie brzdi(uz som zmensil vzdialenost od rafika tak je nastup skorsi) ale stale to dako slabsie brzdi. Poradite mi ci keby vymenim tie origo Tektro brzdy za napr 105ky bude to brzdit efektivnejsie alebo je to aj v pakach? (dost ma pri brzdeni bolia ruky a celkovo idu ztuha). Ked predo mnou zabrzdi auto musim o dost skor brzdit ako som bol zvyknuty predtym a straca sa ta istota z jazdy.Inak s bajkom spokojnost, je to moj prvy cestak vdaka

Zdravim, no ucinku kotucovych brzd sa dane riesenie len tazko priblizi. 105 by mohli pomoct, ale neviem vam povedat, ako sa budu spravat s Claris pakami. S danou kombinaciou nemam skusenost. Co sa ale tyka kompatibility, tak s tym probem nebude. Pripadne na tych 105 pojdu menit spaliky, moze vam pomoct ina zmes, pripadne ich trosku prebrusit.

Dobrý deň chcel by som sa spitať akú má ten bike nosnosť je to na tu športovú jazdu môžem ho považovať za nejaký cestacik ktorý by si mohol kúpiť začiatočník?Vydrží aj nejakú športovú jazdu na asfalte mislim keď na ňom pôjdem agresívnejšie?

nosnosť výrobca bicykla nešpecifikuje, jedná sa o základný model cestného bicykla, ktorý je vhodný pre začiatočníka. Športovú jazdu zvládne, agresívnejšia jazda je relatívny pojem - u každého to predstavuje niečo iné.

Zatial 300km a je to moj prvy cestak tak som nechcel ist hned hrr do 1500eur carbonaku s ultergou atd. Za tie peniaze fajn pojazdenie, aj tak je to pre beznu jazdu na 99% o nohach. Jedine mi vadi ze obcas ked prehodim presmykac zacne skrtat a tak musim vratit prevod a prehodit nanovo a na druhy krat uz ok, ale fakt nie vzdy a mozno sa s tym musim naucit lepsie robit za cca 600e odporucam cloveku, ktory nevie ci ho to bude bavit.Geo fajn.
